Food Server

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Service Worker to join our team. As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of food, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling sandwiches, and portioning ingredients - Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure quality and consistency - Set up and maintain food stations, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies - Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils - Maintain inventory of food supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Upsell menu items to increase sales Experience: - Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling purposes - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team If you are passionate about the restaurant industry and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
