Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.Sales Techniques: Ability to effectively promote products, upsell, and negotiate to achieve sales targets.Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the company's products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to confidently answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.Order Management: Proficiency in handling customer orders accurately and efficiently, including creating delivery notes and managing invoicing systems (e.g., Xero, Tapa POS).Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with customers, colleagues, and suppliers effectively.Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive customer experience.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as required in a shop environment and delivery of produce.Tech Savvy: Comfortable using software systems for order management, invoicing, and customer relationship management (CRM), with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues in sales, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and fulfillment.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Full, clean UK driving license. , Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality or food service is preferred but not essential.Knowledge of canvassing techniques and interest in creating social media content would be advantageous.
