Position: Horeca / Foodservice Area Territory Manager
Location: Portsmouth and surrounding Areas (Home-based)
Role Highlights:
• Supervise 70 trading accounts with an impressive turnover of £1.2 million.
• Engage with 3 diverse customers daily.
• Full autonomy and the power to negotiate within your set margins.
• Work in tandem with an adept internal telesales partner.
• Upsell potential within current clientele and rejuvenate inactive accounts.
Your Interactions:
Engage directly with the decision-makers: from head chefs and managers to buyers and proprietors.
Market Insights:
Sell to a rich mosaic of end-users:
• Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels
• Social Clubs, Nursing Homes, Hospitals
• Schools, Colleges, Leisure Facilities
• County Councils, Local Authorities, Garden Centres
• Contract Caterers & Beyond!
The Perfect Candidate:
• A food enthusiast or Chef with sales prowess.
• Interest or experience in the independent HORECA sector
• Personality Traits: Strong, hungry, eager, keen, bubbly, enthusiastic, competitive, and ready for a pivotal career shift!
Rewarding Compensation Package:
• Basic Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
• OTE: £16k average (yet unlimited)
• Vehicle: A selection of cars
• Holidays: 25 days + statutory
