Foot Mobile Maintenance Technician

£30000-£34000 + Benefits

Leading FM Consultancy established 20 years ago are looking for a Foot Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the team covering Birmingham City Centre carrying out PPM and REACTIVE work covering electrical, plumbing and the fabric of the building.

All work will be in his area, overtime is available (optional) and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to gain industry recognised qualifications.

Experience required:

5+ years as a Maintenance Technician or Handyman working on a commercial environment.

Access to public transport enabling you to cover central Birmingham.

Specific experience working in the Birmingham area covering offices beneficial.

A full benefits is offered and it is expected the Foot Mobile Maintenance Technician will progress within the team eventually moving into a mentor role (if interested).

Suitable Home Locations - Olton, Solihull, Digbeth, Handsworth, Aston, Erdington, Edgbaston, Castle Bromwich, Stechford, Smethwick.
