Main Duties

The specific details of the role will vary, but common activities include:

• Producing attractive and effective designs.

• Produce a body of research on designated tasks.

• Communicating with senior team members to receive and implement feedback.

• Liaising effectively with clients and other team members.

• Supporting the team throughout the execution of projects.

Organisation:

The Footsoldiers is a Design Consultancy that specializes in footwear design and development. We are a team of 18 designers working from our design studio in Camden, London. Some of our clients include Under Armour, Altra, Hoka One One, Viking, Kangaroos, The North Face, Woolrich, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Designer Brands, and many more.

Skills:

We are currently looking to hire a suitable candidate to work within our team who has the following attributes:

• A creative person who has a true passion for footwear.

• Skilled in computer-aided design programs (Illustrator and Photoshop).

• A determination to achieve and succeed.

• The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

• The ability to see projects through from inception to production.

• The motivation to maintain and improve design standards.

• The willingness to receive feedback and to use it to improve.
