Welcome Break is seeking an experienced Forecourt Site Manager to join us at Biggleswade, SG18 9SN. This site offers a unique opportunity for the right person. Are you currently an experienced retail or forecourt manager? This role is an opportunity to run both a Forecourt and Greggs giving you a multi-branded experience.

As a Forecourt Site Manager at Biggleswade, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of both the Forecourt and the Greggs, You’ll already have an impressive track record as a manager in a retail, catering or fast-food environment. You will also need experience leading diverse teams, inspiring them to hit challenging sales and service targets.
We are looking for someone who is an inspiring leader with a can-do approach, is fanatical about delivering exceptional customer service, is an energetic coach and mentor, has commercial acumen and previous management of full P&L and is ambitious to go far in their management career.
