Are you an experienced supervisor/team leader with a passion for delivering great customer service?
Or do you have experience of leading teams in a retail environment?
If yes, then Park’s Motor Group want to hear from you! We have a fantastic opportunity with an immediate start available for you to join the Group as a Forecourt Supervisor. This role is full time and offers the flexibility of working a variety of shift patterns.
As a Forecourt Supervisor your duties will include:
✔ You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of our forecourts
✔ You will ensure we deliver exceptional customer service and keep the stores presentable at all times
✔ You will assist Forecourt Operators to resolve any problems and discrepancies. If required, you will handle any customer complaints in a professional manner
About you:
✔ You will be approachable and able to lead by example
✔ Have strong organisation skills
✔ Be flexible and willing to help cover shifts for any absences at all sites across Lanarkshire
✔ Have good numeracy and problem-solving skills
✔ Previous experience within a petrol station is desired but not essential
