Job Title: Foreign Exchange FX Forwards Trader
Location: London
Corporate Title: Associate
You will join the FX Forwards trading desk, which is responsible for pricing of FX & cross-currency (XCCY) swaps. This role will include risk management in a variety of both FX and interest rate products.
You will have significant overlap with Short Term Interest Rates (STIR) products throughout G10 currencies.

Your key responsibilities
  • Pricing of client deals
  • Managing risk to FX Swap, Interest Rate (IR) and XCCY markets
  • Driving business growth
  • Funding desk cash positions
  • Liaising with other traders in pricing transactions involving multiple books
  • Interacting with sales and originations to generate new business
Your skills and experience
  • Experience of pricing and managing FX Forwards & STIR products
  • Knowledge all short end rate derivatives, XCCY swaps, and FX Forwards
  • Excellent spreadsheet and database skills (Matlab, Visual Basic for applications (VBA), Java)
  • Experience in risk management, analytics, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to understand and interpret market trends and identify, communicate, and market trade ideas
  • Able to work in a high paced environment under pressure
