Forest Adventure Lead

Shine is the leading provider of sports coaching and childcare activities for primary school children across the Bristol area.
As part of our successful program we are looking to recruit a Forest Adventure Specialist to coordinate and run our sell out Forest Adventure activities. We are looking for an imaginative, creative and enthusiastic individual who enjoys delivering fun and memorable outdoor experiences for children in a safe environment to lead and develop our Forest provision.
If you have experience of delivering Forest sessions, enjoy working as part of a team and working with children, then we would love to hear from you. This is a permanent position delivering Forest Sessions as part of our Lunch time, After School Club, School PPA program and during our highly successful Forest Adventure holiday programme.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a keen interest and experience of working on forest school programs and can work to support our values: Safe, Happy, Inspired, Nurtured, Empowered,
Enjoys working with children
Is flexible, reliable, prompt, helpful and supportive
Will enjoy being part of a positive and committed team
Is confident and outgoing with excellent communications skills
Can make a positive contribution and has a friendly, polite and professional manner.
Experience/Qualifications
Must have a Forest Schools Level 2/3 Leader qualification or working towards a qualification with experience working in a Forest School /Adventure environment.
Valid DBS Certificate
