This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group and work at one of the finest wholesale catering food suppliers in Cambridgeshire, delivering the best fruit and veg to restaurants, chefs, hotels, caterers, and pubs.

Forklift Counterbalance Driver Shifts and Pay:

• Shifts: working 5 days out of 7
• AM: 08:30-16:30
• Pay: 12.00ph
  

It is cold environment, so please only consider working with us if you are happy working in a chilled environment.

Forklift Counterbalance Driver Responsibilities:

• Working towards targets set
• Loading and unloading of stock
• Daily maintenance of the forklifts and batteries. Any damage or required maintenance is reported immediately to the Manager.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manor
• General warehouse duties
• Work with the team to ensure the workplace cleanliness is maintained
• Adhere to company health and safety standards.

Forklift Counterbalance Driver Required Skills:

• Must have a current and accredited FLT licence
• You will have previous experience as a FLT Counterbalance Driver
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
• Good attitude to work and learn new skills
• Will be motivated and look for long term work (as our client are looking to offer permanent contracts)
