Forklift Counterbalance - Role and Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered  
• Carry out effective communications
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Moving Goods packed or in crates around the storage facility
• stacking goods in the correct bays
• loading and unloading goods from vehicles
• help unload and load by hand if and when necessary

Forklift Counterbalance -Skills and Experience:

• Must have the relevant documents – (Forklift counterbalance certificate/card)
• Pallet network experience
• Excellent level of English written and verbal
• The ability to prioritise and work on your own initiative when under pressure.
• A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
• A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
