Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative

Griffins Logistics are looking for a new team member to join our afternoon FLT/ Warehouse team. The small team is led by a Warehouser supervisor and further supported by the traffic office.

All applicants must have a counter balance fork lift certification.

Duties include:

• Tipping and loading trailers as they come back to base.
• Tipping and loading containers.
• Picking loads from run sheets/ picking lists.
• Stacking pallets.
• Using the pallet wrapping machine.
• Working as a team and liaising with the office staff/ Warehouse supervisor.
• Loading in a safe manor to ensure freight gets to its destination safely.
• Understanding the weight distribution of pallets over a trailer to ensure its not over weight and has an evenly distributed load.

Hours: 2pm- 10pm Monday to thursday

12-8pm friday

Pay is monthly and pay day is the last Thursday of the month.
