The Opportunity: Forklift Instructor 

Contract: Permanent 

Location: Glasgow, Access Plus

Salary:  £34,500 - £40,000

Access Plus is a powered access equipment hire company delivering specialist solutions throughout the UK. Today, our extensive fleet and range of services, position us as one of the leading powered access providers in the UK. Our powered access platforms for hire include cherry pickers, scissor lifts and other MEWPS (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms). We are part of The Briggs Equipment Group who are a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have:

• Responsible for conducting training programmes on materials handling equipment and operating procedures
• Ensuring that trainees acquire the necessary skills to work safely and competently
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to present to an audience
• Developing training materials, providing feedback to trainees and maintaining training records  

What will help you to excel in this role:

• Be self-motivatied and confident 
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be a qualified Forklift Instructor - RTITB preferred but not essential
• Have a clean driving licence
