As our Formulation Scientist, you will create highly advanced formulas for new and award winning products. Reporting to the Formulation Manager and working very closely with our dynamic scientists, you will push skincare boundaries and directly support fresh, exciting new product development that will capture the attention of the science-based skincare industry.
You will be based at our brand new Innovation Centre in Aylesbury, our epicentre of product development, where we will have a state-of-the-art skincare suited laboratory.
Working with advanced equipment alongside leading industry specialists, you’ll receive guidance and mentoring to develop your expertise. You will work 4 days onsite and 1 day at home.

In more detail your role will include:
- Develops formulas for personal care applications based on target specification.
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting advice to the relevant teams.
- Delivers strong technical documents to support product roll-outs.
- Always considers cost reduction and product performance improvement in all projects in hand.
Requirements:
- Have a degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or related qualification.
- Have at least 4 years experience in a similar role.
- Are someone keen, quick to learn, who can work independently.
- Are experienced in deadline-driven environments with ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- Have a hands-on, practical approach to creating innovative solutions, passionate about skincare.
