Job Role: Fostering Team – Supervising Social Worker
To provide safe care and support of adults ‘at risk’ ensuring all their basic needs identified in their support plan and risk assessments are fully met.
To provide person-centered quality care that is tailored to the needs and aspirations of each individual. This personalized approach must ensure that individual outcomes are met and everyone is treated with dignity, respect and compassion.
As a Social worker you must have a degree in Social work with a minimum 2 years post qualifying experience and passed your AYSE, experience in an NHS Establishment or a local authority is desirable.
To act in accordance with SWE registration requirements and Code of Conduct for exercising accountability and professional practice.
To provide professional Social work assessments to support the commissioning process in line with care management and continuing care.
Employers will be keen to see that you have a friendly and caring attitude, and understand and respect people who need healthcare support.
Previous experience and/or qualifications in Social work are essential to apply for this role.
