FP&A Analyst - Greater London

Are you a part / fully qual Finance professional with a 6-12 months+ experience in FP&A?

Partnered up with a growing, and award-winning mixed-use property developer based in West London, who are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their growing team.

Reporting into the FP&A Manager, the successful candidate will:

• Assist with Budget, Quarterly Forecast and ad-hoc scenarios
• Enhance operational reporting requirements
• Develop and Maintain reporting packs
• Work closely with the business to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Analysis of key business lines across Leasing, Operations & Facilities Management
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Provide information and analysis to assist stakeholders understand business performance
• Provide support and guidance to budget holders, and other finance teams to assist in completing their budget and forecast
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to both the planning and reporting processes.
• Assist the finance team with delivery of information for monthly/quarterly reports to ensure quality and timeliness of the reports
• Aid where possible the FP&A manager to ensure all inputs into the financial model are up-to-date.
   

Salary £50K-55K + bonus + fantastic benefits + hybrid working

HUGE scope for progression, with the opportunity to step into a Senior FP&A Analyst within 12-18 months!
 

Candidate requirements:

• Part/fully qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Have some experience in financial planning and analysis
• Excellent attention to detail
• Be on a months notice or less
