SalaryThis is a terrific opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a truly visionary practice and one that really appreciates feedback from its staff, listening to thoughts and feelings on a regular basis.
Due to this practice having a number of high-risk patients with frailty-related issues, they are in need of an ANP with clinical experience in treating frailty, as well as someone that can prescribe and is in possession of the full Masters (or equivalent). You can expect to have 30-minute appointments that are almost entirely face-to-face and all pre-booked.
You will have a large GP team alongside you for support, as well as a superb clinical team including Paramedics, Pharmacists, and nursing staff. Furthermore, experience in Primary Care is not essential - as long as you're an ANP, with experience in treating Frailty, you'll be suitable.

Salary - £46,000 - £56,000 per annum + full indemnity + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS Pension

Your role -
* Advanced Nurse Practitioner

* Full-time role - condensed hours are preferred!

* 30 min breaks in morning and afternoon
* Own clinical room
* Home-visiting requirement - 4 patients per session
* Working as part of the Leads within the multi-disciplined team
