As a Franchise Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our franchisees to elevate their agency businesses in both lettings and sales, along with associated services. This position involves extensive travel, offering a dynamic and diverse work environment.

Our client is offering the successful Franchise Operations Manager:

  • Upto £40,000 Basic
  • Upto £50,000 On Target Earnings
  • Car Allowance

Franchise Operations Manager requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years in estate agency management, ideally overseeing multiple offices.
  • Proven track record in estate agency operations, including financial services and conveyancing.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business scenarios and drive impactful decisions.
  • Results-driven individual
  • Full Driving Licence and own vehicle

As a Franchise Operations Manager, your role will involve the following:

  • Assist the Franchise and Operations team when needed.
  • Attend and present at meetings and training sessions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and communicate with franchisees and stakeholders.
  • Support and respond to customer complaints as required.
  • Assist the Franchise and Operations team when needed.

  • Communicate the company's vision and values to customers and third parties as appropriate.
  • Assist the franchisees to develop and grow their market share and profit.
