About the Opportunity

Our team’s purpose is to elevate our franchise partners communities through ongoing improvement, dedicated support and cross functional drive that allows them to operate their market at the highest possible level. With franchises making up 40% of our global inventory and growing, supporting our partners to operate successfully is a key part of our business.

This role is broad, energetic and fast paced. As the Integrations Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring new franchise partners transition into our franchise model as smoothly and as fast as operationally possible. The success of the transition is critical for the future success of the partnership and to maintain WeWork’s reputation as a premium investment choice for any partner new or existing. As a small, lean team our impact is vital to our partners success


Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third party vendors (where applicable) for a smooth transition
  • Ensure transition is completed on-time and within TSA (Transition Service Agreement) scope
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the transition relationship with the new franchise partner and all relevant stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

About You:

  • Strong Project Management skills with a proven track record
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work at pace with ambiguity in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & verbal skills
  • Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
  • Appreciation for other cultural working practises
  • Ability to comprehend technical issues and nuances to support our Franchise Tech Team.
