Fraud Advisors - 6 month Contract - Glasgow - Mobile Telecoms - Hybrid Working
What we are looking for:
- The Fraud Advisor will be accountable for the company's first line of defence against fraud.
- We are looking for someone to be the eyes and ears of emerging fraud trends and will be given the opportunity to change and influence processes in combating this.
- Fraud Experts with an FCA background - good knowledge of Fraud within the Banking, Financial Services, Telco Fraud
- They deal mainly with Identity fraud - handling cases where customers make contact to say that they been a victim of fraud identity and due to this - there are payment and account problems
- The Fraud advisor would be involved with full investigation - assess if a case is fraud or not - go through different processes to arrive at conclusions and then make contact with customer to provide the outcomes
- Training will provided be on systems and procedures
Key Skills needed:
- FCA Background
- CIFAS background (Credit Industry Fraud Avoidance System)
- Strong on Excel - Advanced - spreadsheets, pivots, vlook ups, reports
- Experience using Experian hunter (system used in industry)
- Industry Experience - Financial Services, or Telco, Banking Fraud and Telco fraud
