About Us:
Mploy Healthcare Training Academy provides a high level of Care and Clinical practical training to local care companies across Dorset & Hampshire, including domiciliary care groups, nursing and residential care homes, other care agencies and Mploy Healthcare temps. We offer a wide variety of training courses to anyone who needs it. The training takes place either at our spacious Training Academy in Poole, or at the clients venue to give the attendees ease of less travel. With the highly qualified team of trainers we have, we provide an excellent level of training that is reliable , up to date and hands on. Our motto is “Proud to Care” and we care about the attendees on each course, that they feel they have learnt something new and that they are valued whilst training, with an inclusive learning environment.
What are we looking for?
At Mploy Healthcare Training Academy we are looking for an experienced Freelance Care Trainer to join our highly qualified team, to be able to provide care and nursing staff with up to date practical training whether they be new to the industry, wanting to refresh current knowledge or to further their knowledge.
The Care Trainer must have practical experience and knowledge in courses such as:
- Moving & Handling
- First Aid
- Medication Awareness/Advanced
- Dementia
- Safeguarding Adults
- Care Standard Certificate
About You:
- PTLLS/AETA or equivalent training qualification
- Have a Full Driving Licence with access to a car.
- Experience in Health & Social Care
- Be reliable, adaptable and flexible
- Have good written and communication skills
- The ability to use emails
- Excellent time management
