Salary Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor in Liverpool
The Role
I am seeking to recruit a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor, on behalf of one of our clients, a leading construction company.
The role involves working on a £20m new Build commercial scheme in Liverpool. The assignment is to commercially manage sub contract packages.
The rate of pay is £380 - £425 per day dependant on the candidate's level of experience.
The duration of the role is 9 months.
Please note this role is outside IR35.
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to start as soon as possible, however there will be some negotiation for the right candidate.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have the correct skill set to ensure the job is performed to the highest standards as well as experience in Quantity Surveying.
The role will involve general Quantity Surveyor duties but will not be limited to these duties alone.
