SalaryFreelance Senior Site Manager required for a minimum of 8 months on a £20 Million steel portal frame PRS apartment scheme in central Birmingham. Reporting to the Project Manager you will responsible for assisting him and the Site Manager with the delivery of this scheme, as well as general day to day site management of subcontract trades and labour packages you will also be monitoring programme, weekly progress meetings with both client and subcontractors, QA to ensure its snag free. You will also be required to stand in for the Project Manager in his absence as and when required, being fully computer literate and understanding planning and programming will be a must.
Current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as well as a proven track record delivering PRS multiroom schemes as a Senior Site Manager without these no application will be considered
