We are now looking for a Freight Customer Service Executive based in Wythenshawe to work within the International Freight Customer Service team
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Weekly/Monthly completion and sending of customer performance reports
Analysis of new customer and at-risk-customers based on performance
Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner
Track & Trace of customer shipments
Provide solutions and initiative and understand customer's need to improve customer experience
Ensure high customer satisfaction level to retain customers
Maintain good and appropriate records on customer management system
Handle and assist escalated cases until customer is satisfied
Work with the operations department to ensure smooth flow of deliveries
KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Experience in a freight, International Courier, traffic department or related market
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Highly organised and a team player
Excellent Customer Service skills
Flexible, adaptable and quick to learn
Ability to work on own initiative, Excellent communication skills
Detail focused
Must be able to work well under pressure
Fluent English, both written and spoken is essential
Possess a positive outlook
