SalaryWe are seeking a French Speaking Assistant to support a Partner and PA/Office Manager of a friendly and growing Private Equity firm in Central London.
Based 5 days a week from lovely offices across 2 floors (soon to be 3 floors), you will work closely with (and report into) the PA to provide support to one of the Partners in a mostly private, but also business capacity, as well as assisting with office management.
Duties will include: meeting arrangement, organising trips and holidays (in liaison with an external travel partner), communication with schools, buying art work, dealing with tax, wifi, meter readings, handyman call outs etc., liaising with the partner’s wife and nanny, and providing general office and admin support as required.
In addition to being French speaking, you must be highly organised, proactive, attentive to detail, and open to lots of changes. Italian a bonus!
You will be joining a collaborative and social team (of 26 staff).
