French-Speaking Campaign Coordinator (Uk Based)

The Role:

We are looking for someone who will work to source, outreach and negotiate with creators, to produce the best branded content, and work with between 15-25 creators each month. The role will also involve building long-term partnerships with creators and assessing current partners to drive ROI, in order to scale the campaign and accelerate growth for the client.

This position is completely remote, however you must be permanently based in the UK.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 base salary per annum.

The Role Responsibilities:

• Fully experience and engage with the influencer marketing world.

• Source and reach out to appropriate creators tailored to each campaign.

• Communicate with content creators.

• Track and monitor campaign costs and results.

• Submit content for approval and share feedback to YouTube creators, ensuring they meet campaign requirements and confirm content publication dates.

• Work with the Senior Campaign Manager to ensure the campaign is running smoothly.

• Manage production and campaign administration e.g. invoices, contracts etc.

• Fully engage in the company culture and think about the future of Digital Voices.

The Must-Haves:

• Fluent in French

• Passionate about YouTube and Influencer Marketing.

• Deep knowledge of creators and social media platforms.

• Strong email etiquette

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Impressive organisational skills

• Confidence to work independently on a fast-paced campaign.

• Interpersonal skills - you’ll need to have the ability to empathise with creators, especially during stressful times.

The Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous industry experience in a digital marketing agency environment is desirable but not essential.
