Main duties:
- To answer queries from customers and record information.
- To ensure all information is correct and accurate.
- To manage call volumes effectively.
- To maintain and effective working relationship with staff and customers.
Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
Dutch Speaker

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
