Our school are seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL (French) Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching French, a strong command of the language, and the ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality French lessons that encourage linguistic proficiency and cultural understanding.
• Create an immersive learning environment that fosters active participation and confidence in language acquisition.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their language development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the MFL department.
• Actively participate in language-related extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in French, Modern Foreign Languages, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Demonstrated experience as a MFL (French) Teacher at the secondary school level.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in both French and English.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay current with educational best practices.
