Front End Web Developer & Designer (WordPress/Next JS)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-centric websites
• Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of websites
• Build and maintain multiple WordPress websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React and Next.js
• Work on full design and build projects from brief to launch and beyond
• Collaborate with the creative team to implement innovative solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise

Required Skills / Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in front-End Web development/web design.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React and Next.js
• Experience developing WordPress and WooCommerce websites (not drag and drop editors).
• Experience developing Next.js solutions with headless CMS.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and developing responsive design websites using Figma.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Desirable but non-essential skills

• Experience developing with React Native
• Experience developing with NPM or Gulp
