We are recruiting on behalf of a stunning Hotel & Restaurant located in the Western Scottish Highlands. They require two Front of House Attendants to work in their friendly seafood restaurant on a seasonal contract. Immediate start – October 2021, competitive rates.
Duties and responsibilities:
- serving food and drinks
- taking orders accurately
- making recommendations
- making drinks
- clearing tables
- taking payment
- liaising with kitchen to ensure smoothness of service
Skills and attributes:
- previous experience helpful
- you must be friendly and approachable
- you must be smart and presentable
- you must be able to work from your own initiative
- you must be a good communicator
