What you’ll do:  

To ensure that all the duties and tasks under your control are covered by the staff available and where applicable arrange staff cover.
To organize staff rotas and holiday planners in conjunction with manager/production team
To provide high personal standards of performance, hygiene, and appearance
Ensure that all staff performs their tasks correctly, give necessary training and report any matters which you cannot resolve to Management
To complete annual employment performance reviews

To always ensure that Company, and statutory regulations of hygiene and safety and all allergen information is adhered to by all members of staff under your control

What you bring: 

Proven experience in a culinary role, with supervisory skills
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
Excellent organisation and communications skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences

Package Description
Front of House Lead
Monday - Thursday 7:00am to 3:00pm and Friday 7:00am to 12:00pm, possible weekends and cover for backshift ending at 8:00pm.
35 hours per week
£12.85 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
Full training and uniform provided
