Front of House Receptionist

Manpower is recruiting a Front of House Receptionist on behalf of our client.
Location: Exeter
Contract type: Temporary
Duration: 9 months
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, you will be required to work some Saturdays
Hourly rate: 11.45
The role
As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within the department.

Main responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered.
• Collaborate with health care professionals to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Adhere to confidentiality protocols and protect patient privacy at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work some Saturdays as required.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

The role is subject to satisfactory references and DBS check. Manpower covers the cost for the DBS check.
