Pay: £11.50 per hour, paid weekly.

Office Angels National Accounts are looking for a Front of House Representative to provide cover to their client in Doncaster.
The ideal candidate will be professional, experienced Front of House Representative who will work in a flexible, dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive way whilst demonstrating exceptional communication skills & high personal standards. The successful candidate will be required to provide an efficient & professional reception service to our client in Doncaster.
Some duties to include:
- Ensure the meeting rooms and communal rooms are kept clean, tidy and presentable.
- Greeting visitors
- Transferring calls internally
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Managing meeting room availability.
- Greeting people on site and showing them to meeting and function rooms
- Assisting with refreshments
