Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Parks main Restaurant• Deliver performance targets against budget• Manage stock, margin, and cost control• Complete administrative tasks• Drive continuous improvement• Lead and coach the team• Recruit and train new team members
Requirements
• Proven experience leading large teams in a Food & Beverage or similar environment• Experience in managing operations, performance, resources, and cost control• Can confidently deal with Guest concerns and resolve problems• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills• Strong decision-making ability• Understanding of 'Back of House' as well as 'Front of House' Restaurant operations
