Your Role: As a Concierge at HFD Group, you'll be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring building security, and contributing to the overall occupier/visitor experience. Collaborating with our receptionists, you'll operate security systems, manage visitor protocols, and support the building manager in various tasks.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Forge professional relationships with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excel in Guest Services and contractor liaison.
• Clear communication skills for briefings, handovers, and instructions.
• Flexibility to adapt to operational requirements with a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in security systems.
• Protect property, prevent loss, and respond to safety risks.
• Maintain outstanding customer service levels.
• CCTV monitoring and incident report writing.

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
• Valid SIA Manned Guarding Licence (desirable)
• Valid CCTV SIA Licence (desirable).
