Are you good with people, have a 'can do' attitude and lead from the front? This could be the opportunity for you! Dundee Audi are seeking a pro-active, customer focused Front of House Service Supervisor for our busy Audi dealership.
About the role
You will provide support to the Service Manager in providing guidance, training and appraisals to each of the Service team to ensure the team maximise customer satisfaction through feedback. Being involved with the Service Team, you will monitor the department performance against budget, identify any shortfall and implement plans to improve the performance. As Front of House Service Supervisor you will manage customer relationships and be 1st point of contact for any problems that the customer may have #problemsolver.
About You
You will have experience gained from a similar role within the Motor trade, especially supervising a team, having the ability to motivate the service team to their full potential.
