Front of House Staff@Cutlery Works

We are now looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at Cutlery Works, one of the largest independent food halls in the north of England which brings together a number of eateries and bars. Based in the up and coming area of Kelham island, we are at the foreFront of the dining revolution.

Key Responsibilities will be:

• Maintain a high level of knowledge of vendor and bar menu items
• Assist with the preparation of beverage outlets for service, including cleaning equipment and glassware for service, and preparing waiter service stations and tables
• Accurately and promptly fulfill guest orders and resolve guest complaints
• Maintain good hygiene standards and practice
• Complete daily cleaning and periodic cleaning in line with company procedures
• Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
• To deliver exceptional customer service to the highest standard creating a unique and unforgettable customer journey

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
