The Chinese Buffet restaurant chain operate large, high volume restaurants, offering their guests the very best in oriental cuisine. Currently with restaurants in the North West.
The award winning group have aspirations to develop into a national chain, and aim to fill the gap in the market as the UK’s first Chinese themed restaurant brand. The Chinese Buffet believes their staffs are the foundation to the current and ongoing success.
Primary Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greeting all guests warmly on arrival and escorting them to their table
- Managing walk-in, online and telephone reservations
- Responding quickly and sympathetically to any customer concerns
- Providing guests with their checks after the meal sitting
- Adhering to all health and safety requirements, including food hygiene regulations
- Taking orders, transporting food orders from the kitchen and clearing tables
- Liaising with the kitchen staff to ensure an efficient and seamless service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £8.00-£10.00 per hour
