Salary: £26,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, subject to six months’ probation
We wish to appoint a FOH Supervisor to be part of the Catering Department. The FOH Supervisor is responsible for managing activities, training, supervising and developing staff to provide the best Front of House service, ensuring that the facility maintains excellent customer service. A key responsibility of the job is the supervision of the day-to-day Front Of House operation to provide the best service to all guests, staff and visitors.
Applicants must have good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a team, effectively. The role requires a high degree of professionalism and an understanding of quality service. To be successful in the role the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately is essential.
