Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front of House area, including dining tables, condiment stations, and restrooms
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Provide assistance to customers with special requests or dietary restrictions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and Team Members
- Culinary knowledge or interest is a plus, but not required
