Job Overview:

As a Front of House Team Member at Clubhouse Meadowhall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will be the face of our venue, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.

- Assist guests in navigating the venue and provide information about available activities.

- Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Reservation Management:

- Manage reservations for bowling lanes, mini-golf courses, and interactive darts.

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions between bookings.

3. Cash Handling:

- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.

- Provide guests with receipts and ensure financial transactions are secure.

4. Venue Presentation:

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the Front of the house.

- Set up and reset tables, ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment for guests.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other Team Members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to deliver a seamless experience for guests.

- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination during peak hours.

6. Promotions and Upselling:

- Promote special offers, events, and promotions to encourage guest participation.

- Upsell additional activities and services to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

1. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment setting.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

4. Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.

5. Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
