As a Front of House Team Member your key responsibilities include:
- Actively working as part of the team on shift, following through on tasks and activities set by the management team
- Offering menu recommendations to customers and suggestively selling
- Identifying guests’ with allergies and confidently handing the order over to a manager
- Confidently talking about each dish, describing its key ingredients, cooking methods and flavours
- Actively participating in incentives, restaurant goals and campaigns
