Role Overview:
As a Front of House Team Member at 22 Yards you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest receives a memorable dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming and hospitable environment for patrons, while also assisting in various front-of-house operations to maintain the smooth flow of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide recommendations on food and wine selections.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure seamless coordination of service and uphold the overall ambiance of the establishment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong passion for food and wine is required
- WSET Level 2 or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience.
