Featuring in Ainsley Hariott and Grace Dent’s “Best of Britain by the Sea”, Smoking Lobster’s lobster was declared the “Best Lobster I’ve ever had” by food critic Grace.
Smoking Lobster is looking for ambitious waiters and waitresses, who are keen to work with a FRONT OF HOUSE team alongside the best chefs on the island, and help drive forward their excellent standards.

Your day-to-day:
- Set up and close down of restaurant
- Taking orders and delivering food and drinks to tables
- Maintaining high standards and good food knowledge
- Meeting and greeting customers and taking bookings
