Front of House Waiting Staff

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional guest services

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is a plus

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
