A wonderful opportunity has arisen to work for a long-standing client of ours, a very successful Economics Consultancy in the heart of the City. A company renowned for looking after their employees resulting in a very low turnover. The role will be managing their Reception/FOH house area as well as assisting the Facilities/Operations Manager with ad-hoc project work, and acting as a mentor for the Reception/Admin team based in their multiple offices. There will also be diary management, organising travel, and other administrative/support related duties. A varied and diverse role with lots of responsibility and the opportunity to develop aspects of the role by coming up with ideas and solutions on how to streamline various processes etc. Looking for a polished, warm, proactive, and client focused candidate with circa 3 years + relevant experience. Someone who takes pride in their role and enjoys acting as an ambassador for their team and employer. Scope to progress within a support capacity long term.
