Front Office (Group Interview Day) on 7th May 2024------------------------- INVITATION ONLY ------------------------

WE ARE HIRING for FRONT Office Team Members.

Be part of our fun Group Interview process and secure a full-time role on the day.

All successful applicants MUST be able to start one week of extensive training at our ILH DNA Academy. Starting 13th May 2024 until 17th May 2023 Mandatory Foundation Course. 

Full Time Front Office: Salary is from 23,087 to 26,563.68 GBP per annum plus Benefits.  

  • Night Receptionists and Day Receptionists (40 hours a week, 5 days/night of 7 days)
  • Day Porters,  Night Porters (44 hours a week, 4 days/nights of 7 days)

What you will be doing

As a Front of House Team Member for Imperial London Hotels, you are a key part of our guests' experience and their first impression of visiting our hotels. You make it your mission to ensure you and your team deliver an exceptional journey from check-in to check-out.

With your warm and friendly interaction, you have the ability to anticipate individual guests needs, seeking out opportunities to go the extra mile to wow our guests and give them the attention that they deserve.

An ambassador for our Imperial London Family Hotels, you take pride in terms of your own personal appearance and ensure the reception and adjoining areas represent a great welcoming environment.  You will help our guests with your expert knowledge of the hotel services and that of the local area and surroundings.

What we would like from you

  • Be able to attend a week of Intensive Foundation Front Office training from 13th May 2024 until 17th May 2023. 
  • Previous experience gained in a customer-facing role or similar position would be beneficial.
  • Proof of having been gainfully employed for at least 1 year. 
  • You will have a good level of spoken and written English.  If you speak other languages, this would be advantageous.
  • Confident and engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • You will have the ability to effectively problem solve and find a resolution to our guests' satisfaction.
  • Rights to work in the UK with your ID/Passport and share code.
