Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Manager join the team at Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport Hotel. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the smooth running and organisation of the Front Office team
Management, recruitment, induction and training of the reception team and night team across all Front Office platforms.
Review of existing SOPs while implementing new best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of Front Office Services that has the guest experience at the forefront.
Manage responses on the hotel's feedback platforms
Assist with Health and Safety compliance across the Front Office department.
Ensuring the well being and satisfaction of all guests.
Be the lead on all Marriott Brand Metrics
Contribute positively to the customer experience to maximise our reputation, revenue and profitability while ensuring budget goals are met.
Communicating with other managers and departments, particularly Housekeeping, Maintenance and Reservations
Duty Management shifts as part of rolling rota within senior team.
This is a hands-on role and the successful applicant must be able to display great leadership skills, deliver excellent customer service, have a positive "can-do" attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.
We are looking for an a Front Office Manager who has ideally worked in a branded hotel environment and has had success managing a team. Previous experience with Marriott systems would be preferable.

Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport, featuring 250 bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms, a gymnasium and bar and bistro, is next to the developing and growing Luton airport. Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport is managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
