The ideal candidate will have:
- University degree in preferably Hotel Management or Business
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly personality and positive attitude
- Highly developed problem solving skills
- Professional appearance
- Related previous experience in guest relations and/or hotel Front Office
- Familiarity with hotel property management services
Responsibilities:
- Supporting, training and supervising Front Office staff
- Ensuring guests feel welcome and well-looked after
- Ensuring all guest-related tasks are handled accurately, on time and in a manner to elevate the guest experience
- Ensuring that the reception area is kept immaculate
- Enforcing all F/O procedures
- Updating files and records
- Managing departmental budget
- Preparing daily & monthly reports
Salary:
42.000 gbp per year
