I have not 1 but 2 opportunities for junior engineers in my network to join London's leading digital events platform. They have successfully broken the mould within a very traditional industry. They are a very fun and fast paced team across the UK and US, focused on developing beautiful user experiences - that are accessible as well as looking good. They have an established product engineering team that has built a platform and app in React and React Native and coded in Node. There is so much to learn and shadow from the senior and design teams.

I am looking for a design focused React Native engineer with solid mobile experience, supporting a wider mobile team or built your own projects. We are looking for candidates to be able to demonstrate their work with a portfolio or evidence.

We aren't here to mess around and jump through hoops. The best engineers will have a keen eye for design, with mobile experience. It doesn't matter if that is experience supporting apps in a large mobile team or built your own applications. The interview will be short and sweet, but we want to see work that is yours either in a portfolio or on your CV.

Interview process:

1. Coffee/call with recruiter
2. Informal chat and portfolio review with Director of Engineering
3. In office interview - meet the team, people leaders and discussion around progression
4. Offer!
